• Responsible for scheduling all hard and soft maintenance activities.
• Co-ordination of such maintenance activities.
• Manage Preventative Maintenance (PM) schedules.
• Create Purchase Requisitions (PR) on correct expense codes and ensure accuracy against the quotation.
• Confirm monthly service contracts and amounts for the suppliers on the SAP system.
• Ensure that all purchase orders are submitted to suppliers for correct invoicing.
• Ensure that all orders are processed timeously and SAP updated accordingly.
• All administration relating to Quotations/PRs/POs, queries are captured.
• Monitor the execution of work against contractual obligations.
• Manage all incoming requests and complaints on daily basis, and provide timeous.
• Dispatch requests to technical staff.
• Planning for placement of employees and contractors.
• N3 - N6 in Financial or Project Management or Operations Management
• Grade 12
• Valid SA Drivers License
• 2yrs relevant experience in contract financial / commercial administration role, project management and knowledge of maintenance management principles
• Maintenance planning, project management skills (advantageous)
• MS Word, MS Excel & MS Outlook (Intermediate skill level), SAP Knowledge
