Quality Assurance & Accreditation Specialist required at dynamic Pretoria-East based training institution.
Relevant Bachelors Degree. Post Graduate qualification would be an advantage.
Registered with significant work experience as Facilitator, Assessor or Moderator.
Well versed in understanding and applying national Skills Development Framework, including structures, compliance and keeping abreast of new developments.
A valid drivers license.
Develop standardised delivery processes, tools and templates including
Planning and preparation of concept document for implementation.
Workplace support, readiness and approval strategy for implementation.
Monitoring and evaluation of delivery and continues improvement.
Developing criteria for tools and templates for the Monitoring and Evaluation process.
Learning programme and materials review update.
Developing assessment instruments and tools.
Training provider support strategy.
Learner support strategy.
Manage accreditation, including
Managing and implementing the process of the ensuring that all current training programmes are mapped to QCTO registered qualifications, where possible, and are re-aligned to be compliant with QCTO standards and criteria.
Managing and implementing the process of ensuring that all future training programmes are aligned to QCTO qualifications and are fully compliant for accreditation purposes.
Managing all QCTO accreditation processes working against a list of priority qualifications.
Developing criteria for tools and templates for accreditation.
Developing, reviewing and analysing organizational accreditation policies for compliance.
Reviewing of all Accreditation and Programme approvals.
Managing accreditation verification.
Programme Delivery Readiness.
Training infrastructure requirements.
Manage QA, including
Managing quality assurance activities and analyse training delivery reports.
Ensuring quality assurance for policy implementation.
Evaluation, processing and resolving complaints and appeals received from assessments.
Managing the Quality Assurance of Training Programmes:
Quality assurance of programme.
Learner support material.
Textbooks / manuals.
Practical assignment workbook or assessment guides.
