|Human Resource Manager required to join a dynamic SME in the Pretoria-East area.
Relevant HR Qualification.
10+ years experience as an HR Generalist.
Experience in a small to medium enterprise essential.
Duties include but are not limited to
Drafting and updating Job Descriptions as required.
Employee Contracts preparation and administration.
Key Performance Area Measurement on a quarterly basis.
Developing a career path and plan for employees.
Ensuring Disciplinary Action Measures are taken against staff when required.
Recruitment of new staff.
Development of retention policies.
Policy and procedure development and regular updating as required.
Record keeping and planning.
Coordinating staff training.
Reporting on HR performance.
Representation of company at hearings.
WSP/ATR Submissions for BEEA.
Workmans Compensation for BEEA.
Occupational Health and Safety for BEEA.
First Aid Compliance for BEEA.
UIF compliance for BEEA.
R25 000 to R35 000 per month CTC
